If any immovable property is encroached upon for more than 19 years & the owner claims that all the encroachments are in fact his tenants on rent basis & in such a stage the owner wants to sale the same property, whats the aid available to him to sale such property. Further, the tenants deny that the are any rental tenants & claim that they acquired a right of ownership on the grounds of Easement.
Here the title to the property is clear & on this sole basis the owner wants to sale this subject property.
